Words cannot describe the mess that was the old back yard of this home. Our clients dug in and began to hack away at the overgrown bramble in their newly purchased home. Our crew spent weeks finishing the significant start they had made. Once cleared, we could begin to implement the vision that we had helped them to create.
The goal was to create a family fun back yard to include adequate space for entertaining, a slope for bunny hill ski practice, gardening, play, and a swim spa. Fortunately, the property had a nice area to work with to bring these goals to reality.
We ran new utilities to the swim, future water feature, and fire pit areas, then began construction of the new paver patio, fire pit, and swim spa pad. Once the landscape construction was completed, we sculpted the land to fit our needs, then began to create a more forested feel with spruce and aspen plantings. We created the garden and play areas, as well as informal walkways to tie the areas together. We worked with our clients to create a pleasant planting arrangement, then filled in with different mulches and a nice lawn for play.
We have since come back to build a bamboo deck around the swim spa and complete a front yard renovation. We are very thankful to be able to work with this wonderful family.
